Look Up is a campaign created in response to research I gathered through both quantitative and qualitative data. It explores the topic of social media and the increasingly growing negative impacts it has on the users mental health.

Throughout this campaign I wanted to create awareness around the negative sides from the overuse of screen time and thus push the viewers towards activities that positively influence their mental health.
